Paula Popovici is a digital investigator, OSINT specialist, and cybersecurity advocate with a mission to make the online world safer for everyone, from parents and educators to businesses, NGOs, and individuals navigating digital risk.
With certifications in OSINT, digital forensics, and cybersecurity (including CompTIA Security+, CySA+, and Network+), Paula brings both technical expertise and human insight to every case. Her experience spans open-source investigations, digital footprint research, data validation, and tailored training programmes, including work focused on digital parenting and online behaviour among teens.
Paula founded The Blue Dwarf in 2025 to bring high-integrity intelligence to the people who need it most. Her approach blends precision, discretion, and a passion for empowerment, whether uncovering threat actors, guiding families through digital safety, or mentoring future cyber professionals.
